Eggplant Parmesan

Breaded eggplant topped with tomato sauce, melted mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Ingredients:
Eggplant, Eggs, Spiced Bread Crumbs, Plain Bread Crumbs, Spices
Sauce: Tomatoes, Onions, Garlic, Spices, Vegetable Oil

Cook in the oven at 350° for about 45-60 minutes (depending on your oven). Everything is fully cooked, so it's safe to eat whenever it's heated to your liking!
